New Features

Ability to switch between RO-level and Job-level data (Currently TekMetric only; other SMS will follow soon). This can impact getting Technician production numbers versus their quote numbers.

You can now get detailed metrics for what you have filtered in the table
Filter added to only show Excluded tickets
Sales and Quote sliders to quickly narrow down ticket ranges and get details on only a small subset of tickets

RingCentral – like the CallRail integration, this will connect to your RingCentral system and get you call conversion ratio information.
