Software Service Subscriptions
Service Period
Your subscription service remains active until the end of your current billing period. Access to all features and services will continue uninterrupted until the final day of your paid term.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period
You will retain full access to all features and services until the end date
No pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused portions of your subscription
Your access will automatically terminate at the end of your billing period
Refunds
While we generally do not provide refunds for canceled subscriptions, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a full month refund in certain circumstances. These situations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Phone System and Hardware
Hardware Ownership
Physical phones purchased through our service are your property upon payment completion. In the event of service cancellation:
You retain ownership of any phones purchased from us
No refunds will be provided for purchased hardware
Your phone service will continue until the end of your current billing period
Service Termination
When canceling phone system service:
Service continues through the end of your current billing cycle
No pro-rated refunds are provided for unused service time
Service automatically terminates at the end of the billing period
General Terms
Billing Cycles
A billing cycle begins on the date of your subscription activation and continues for the duration of your chosen subscription term (monthly or annual).
Changes to Service
We reserve the right to modify this fulfillment policy at any time. Any changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date.
